LGT Advanced Technology is a discreet engineering design house that focuses on developing new technologies for an ever changing world. We specialise in envisioning future technology products, capturing and exploiting knowledge and unitising our engineering teams and their combined experience to produce new products displaying increased efficiency while maintaining or reducing production and operational costs. LGT is experienced in special purpose design and through our engineering practice gained from many years of senior management within Formula One and other High Tech OEM Industries. This enhances our lateral thinking capacity and our ability to work within tight time and budget constraints.
Since 2006 we have been developing a new super-efficient wind turbine that offers significant benefits in terms of efficiency, cost, reliability and environmental impact for the rapidly growing global demand for renewable energy. The turbine incorporates enclosed rotors with advanced aerodynamics to dramatically increase the amount of energy extracted from the wind over current propeller style wind turbines. LGT has incorporated an entire new driveline philosophy that resolves the current issues associated with the wind turbines of today such as reliability, size, efficiency and cost.
LGT combines engineering excellence with sound commercial planning in order to maximise new product profitability through the establishment of special purpose group companies. This allows each new product to attract investment into a clean business and enables investors to see a clear return on investment.
